NOTE:

This form is for Team orders only, individual orders may be made at the tournament. The  minimum order accepted will be 10 T Shirts which can be made up of different sizes . If you order any passes , the minimum order is 10 passes which can be made up of Adult and/or Child passes. You may however order just T Shirts or just Tournament passes. Orders will be available for pick up at the pre-tournament check-in.
